Muse AI Starter is a digital download delivered instantly. Because access can’t be “returned,” all sales are generally final.

When we refund

We will happily refund you if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• A technical problem on our side prevented you from downloading the book and we couldn’t fix it.
• You were charged but never received access to the download.

How to request

Reply to your Stripe receipt email or any email we’ve sent you within 14 days of purchase, including the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
